BRANDON SAWYER

President of Operations

Brandon Sawyer serves as the President of Operations at Lakeshore Barrier Free, a company dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to reclaim their independence. Committed to broadening their scope to encompass a diverse range of disabilities—from degenerative conditions to those resulting from aging or wartime experiences—Brandon is fervently dedicated to transforming lives for the better.


When he's not at the office, Brandon values spending quality time with his family, his beloved wife and daughter, and his adorable dog. When he has some time to himself, Brandon enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, and hunting.


Brandon has a passion for helping those in need, and his dedication to the mission of Lakeshore Barrier Free gives hope to many. With a strong mission and a dedicated leader, he constantly strives to make the best impact he can on individuals who have the courage to fight for independence.


Mike Sawyer

CEO


Mike Sawyer, CEO of Lakeshore Barrier Free, dedicates himself to improving the quality of life and independence of less fortunate individuals. While not always on the front lines swinging hammers, Mike plays a crucial role in the company by conducting preliminary meetings with customers, organizing projects, scheduling, and handling background paperwork to ensure smooth operations.


Outside of work, Mike cherishes spending time with his two children and four grandchildren. He enjoys traveling across the United States with his wife and their beloved dachshund/corgi mix, Coco.


kevin Wonnacott

Kevin Wonnacott is our most dedicated employee and has been working for Lakeshore for over 10 years. Kevin comes from a background in residential and commercial construction. This has given Kevin the ability to bring a complex array of knowledge in the construction field, which has proven invaluable to our company. Kevin is also a family man with a wife and three daughters. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, fishing and volunteering!


Luke Andrus

Luke Andrus brings a unique perspective to our team, having previously worked as a gunsmith before transitioning into his current role as a carpenter. His experience meticulously working with small parts and repairs as a gunsmith has instilled in him a strong attention to detail that he now applies to his carpentry work. Luke's customer-centric approach ensures that the needs of our clients are met with inclusivity and precision.


Originally from Cedar Springs, Michigan, Luke recently returned to his hometown after seven years in Kansas City, where he honed his skills as a gunsmith at CZ USA. His dedication to maintaining high standards and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable member of our team.


When he isn't on a job site, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife and son, showcasing his strong family values and dedication to those he cares about.

    We begin by scheduling an initial consultation to understand your specific requirements, goals, and preferences.

    During this meeting, we encourage open communication to gather all necessary information and ensure a clear understanding of your needs.

  2. NEEDS ASSESMENT

    After the initial consultation, our team conducts a comprehensive needs assessment to analyze your requirements in detail.

    We evaluate your objectives, budget, timeline, and any other relevant factors to develop a tailored solution that aligns with your goals.

  3. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

    Once the needs assessment is complete, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining our recommended approach, services, and pricing.
